Weihaur Lau, founder and coach of One Health coaching company, has over 10 years of health and human services experience that includes counseling, coaching, yoga, nutritional cleansing, mindfulness training and health management.  He has successfully helped people with chronic physical pains, stroke and stress to recover from severe condition to optimum vital health.


Tamara Cameron has always been passionate about food, nutrition and balanced living. She learned to be a “foodie” at an early age from her mom, a fabulous cook and her dad, an avid gardener. Growing up in small-town Idaho, she enjoyed the benefits of “eating local” before local food and farmers’ markets became a political issue. She discovered lentils and “brown” bread as a pre-teen and her destiny was set. Since then she has been the “go-to” resource for health and wellness information for her community.


Bernadette McBurnie
For the last 13 years Bernadette has been running her own business in the Wellness industry. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing education to people on Health, Lifestyle and Prevention
  • Coaching and Mentoring in Business Development and Entrepreneurship
  • Increasing market awareness for natural health solutions
  • Development of new markets on a global scale
She is dedicated to educating people on how to take better control of their health and helping them create a better lifestyle.

Trained in a 4-year Naturopathic Medical School, and graduating with a dual degree in Naturopathy and Nutrition with a focus on homeopathy, Dr. Aumatma Shah brings a unique skill in helping heal at the deepest levels of dis-ease while supporting the body to be at its optimum health. Dr. Aumatma uses a combination of testing and questioning to diagnose the root cause of a person’s discomfort and a combination of herbs, nutrition, and homeopathy to help treat the root cause. She treats people that are suffering from mood imbalances to diabetes and heart disease to those that want to lose weight and improve their general well-being.
